Terms of Service

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by room type and are clearly stated on each room's booking page. We encourage guests to review the cancellation terms before confirming a booking. Cancellations outside the allowed window may not be eligible for refunds.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Lustro Homes reserves the right to deny check-in if valid ID cannot be produced.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Lustro Homes reserves the right to remove guests whose conduct is deemed disruptive, destructive, or in violation of Nigerian law. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lustro Homes is not liable for loss of personal belongings, consequential damages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
