Bookings & Reservations
How do I make a booking?
Browse our suites at /rooms, select your preferred room, choose your dates and click "Book". You'll be guided through our secure checkout powered by Paystack.
Can I book without creating an account?
Yes. You can complete a booking as a guest. However, creating an account lets you manage your bookings, save favourite rooms, and check in faster on future visits.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), as well as bank transfers via Paystack. All payments are processed securely in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation with your booking reference is shown immediately after payment and also accessible from your dashboard. We'll also reach out via WhatsApp if a number was provided.
Can I modify my booking dates?
Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email to request a modification. Changes are subject to availability and our modification policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by room type. Standard and Deluxe Suites offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Executive and Royal Suites require 72 hours or more. Full details are shown on each room's booking page.
How do I cancel a booking?
Log into your dashboard, find the booking, and click "Cancel". You can also contact us via WhatsApp with your booking reference and we'll handle it promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack.
Check-In & Check-Out
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request subject to availability — please mention it in your special requests when booking.
What do I need to bring for check-in?
A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID, Driver's Licence, International Passport) and your booking reference number.
Is there parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available at both Lustro Lagos and Yankee by Lustro, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you're arriving with a large vehicle.
Dining & Restaurant
Do I need to book a table at the restaurant?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend reserving a table, especially on weekends and for special occasions. You can book directly from our restaurant page.
Is room service available?
Yes, room service is available 24 hours a day for all guests staying at Lustro Lagos and Yankee by Lustro.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Our chefs are experienced with a wide range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal. Please inform us of any requirements when booking your table or room.

Is WiFi included?
Yes. High-speed fibre WiFi is complimentary in all rooms and common areas across both properties.
Are pets allowed?
We are a pet-free property at this time to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
Do you host private events?
Yes! We host birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners, weddings and more. Visit our Events page or send an enquiry and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Where exactly are the properties located?
Lustro Lagos is at 37A Ibukun Olu Street, Akoka, Yaba. Yankee by Lustro is at 61 Adebiyi Street, Onike, Yaba. Both are in the heart of Yaba, Lagos — easily accessible from major routes.
